1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sage Echoes (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sage Echoes is a mobile application that delivers daily curated wisdom quotes drawn from global cultural traditions. The service includes quote delivery, share card creation, favourites storage, and customisable notifications.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue accessing content.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Sage Echoes offers Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime subscription plans. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective store's policies.

• Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time and include all future features.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their refund policies.

5. Content & Attribution

Quotes in Sage Echoes are curated using AI from documented wisdom traditions. While we make every effort to provide accurate attribution, some quotes may carry an “unverified” label where historical attribution is uncertain. This transparency is intentional and part of our commitment to honesty.

The share card designs, cultural textures, and app branding are the intellectual property of Sage Echoes. Users are granted a non-exclusive licence to share generated cards for personal, non-commercial use.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or illegal.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content without written permission.
• Abuse the flagging system or submit false reports.

7. Flagging & Content Removal

Users may flag quotes they believe to be inaccurate, offensive, or incorrectly attributed. Flagged quotes are reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to remove or retain any content at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer

Sage Echoes is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of quote attributions or cultural context. The content is for personal reflection and inspiration — it does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or therapeutic advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage Echoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
