I'm not receiving my daily notification+
Make sure notifications are enabled for Sage Echoes in your phone's Settings. On iOS: Settings → Sage Echoes → Notifications → Allow Notifications. On Android: Settings → Apps → Sage Echoes → Notifications → Enable. Also check that Do Not Disturb is not blocking alerts at your chosen time.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?+
Open Sage Echoes on your new device, go to Settings, and tap 'Restore Purchases'. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed through your app store. On iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Sage Echoes → Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Sage Echoes → Cancel.
A quote has incorrect attribution+
We take attribution seriously. Tap the flag button (⚑) on the quote card and select 'Incorrect attribution'. Our team reviews every flag and will correct or remove inaccurate quotes.
Can I request a refund?+
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. On iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android: Google Play Store → Account → Order History → Sage Echoes → Request Refund.
How do I delete my data?+
Sage Echoes does not collect personal data or require accounts. All app data (favourites, preferences) is stored locally on your device. To delete everything, simply uninstall the app.
